Returns

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

Eligible for Refund or Exchange

You may request a refund or exchange if you receive:

  • Missing parts or incomplete order

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened products
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days through bank transfer or the original payment method.

Exchange Option

Customers may request an exchange for the same or similar product instead of a refund.

Return Shipping

For damaged or incorrect items, we cover shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for shipping charges.
